Bio
I love working with children because their natural curiosity, openness, and imagination create opportunities for deep healing and growth. I see the bright, unique light in every child, and helping them navigate their emotions and discover their strengths is an honor and joy.
Through my experience as a school counselor and in private practice, I’ve witnessed how the power of play and meaningful connection can spark transformation in children and teens, helping them build confidence, self-awareness, and healthier behaviors. This work continually reminds me that growth is always possible, and it’s why I’m so passionate about what I do—it gives families hope and helps kids thrive!
I deeply value the importance of a strong support system during these formative years and strive to join parents as part of their team. One of the most rewarding moments is when parents realize that, with the right strategies and understanding, they can connect with their child and help them blossom into their highest potential.
My personal wellness practices include walks and snuggles with my dog, attending live music events, and reading. These moments help me recharge so I can be fully present for the families I work with.
