Bio
I’ve always been drawn to the resiliency of children and their profound capacity for change.
In my work with children, teens, and young adults with differently wired brains, behavioral challenges, and anxiety, I know how knowledge, connection, and simple environmental adjustments can make a big difference. I believe that everyone can thrive when granted the proper space, time, and attention necessary to meet their unique needs.
My favorite part of working with parents is building their confidence in supporting their children and strengthening their parent/child relationship. In my work with children, teens, and young adults, I enjoy the process of building connection and self-awareness. I believe connection is the foundation of this work and the driving force of change.
In my free time, I love to explore the plethora of museums and hiking routes Los Angeles has to offer. I look forward to working with you!
